Bio

Dora Erdei is a Hungarian artist and designer with a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design and a Master's Degree in Fashion and Textile Design. She started her career in Home textiles and Fashion, later she branched out into Stationery and Wall art. 

Erdei loves to garden, cook and go on long walks with her dogs. You can very much feel that in her work. It’s playful, bold and feminine.

But her passion for flowers comes from her grandmother. Unfortunately, Dora didn’t inherit her grandmother's green thumb, so for a long time she stuck to preserving them in her art. One of her very first memories is sitting in her grandma's garden and drawing for hours and hours.

She’s a multidisciplinary artist with a heavily textured signature style. Her main mediums are watercolour, soft and oil pastels and gouache.  The  philosophy she works and lives by is “ There is always more to learn and there is always time to play”
