Bio

Meg Auchenbach is an illustrator and surface pattern designer who has been drawing since she was a little girl, and was known for coloring on things she wasn't supposed to (like the family dog) with markers.

A former elementary art teacher turned published children's book author and illustrator, Meg specializes in whimsical animals, hand-lettering, and stylised florals, and aims to create art that inspires beauty, magical thoughts, and cultivates a sense of wonder.

Meg's work is largely influenced by nature, magic, fairy tales, and all things vintage. Meg lives in Eastern Pennsylvania with her husband, two young children, and their ever-growing pack of rescued pets.
