Bio

Olena Kloeppner is an illustrator and surface pattern designer based in Germany. Born and raised in Ukraine, she was surrounded by folk art - it appeared everywhere from schools and children’s books to hand-embroidered pictures and clothing. That rich world of folk traditions has deeply influenced her and continues to inspire her work today.

Her art is often whimsical, painterly, and textured. She typically begins her designs in Procreate and finalizes them in Photoshop, ensuring her files are both versatile and professional. Olena especially loves creating cohesive surface design collections that tell a story and work beautifully across products and spaces.
